News Release: Truescreen Employees Raise More Than $20,000 for Haiti Earthquake Relief

In response to the devastation resulting from the January 12 earthquake in the Caribbean nation of Haiti, the employees of Truescreen, Inc. raised more than $20,000 for relief efforts.
The company's 300 employees, along with a 5 to 1 match from the company, raised a grand total of $20,701.80. The money was donated to the Lower Bucks County Chapter of the American Red Cross for its disaster response efforts in Haiti. Truescreen is headquartered in Southampton, which is located in Bucks County, Pa. The Red Cross International Response Fund provides immediate relief and long-term support for disasters including the Haitian earthquake through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need.
“Given the shocking level of devastation in Haiti and the large number of people who are sick, injured and displaced as a result of the earthquake, our employees wanted to reach out and offer their assistance. Their compassionate and generous response to this terrible situation played a significant role in getting much-needed help to the Haitian people through the efforts of the Red Cross,” said Truescreen CEO Tony D’Orazio.
