How can we help you?

Let's discuss how Truescreen's applicant screening services can help maximize your protection from risk.

ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certification
Truescreen® first achieved ISO 9001:2000 quality management certification in 2001, and elevated to the ISO 9001:2008 standard in 2010. We were one of the first companies in our industry to obtain certification, and remain one of the few to achieve this critical quality benchmark.

Receipt of ISO 9001:2008 certification demonstrates our ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and other applicable regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction.

An independent certification organization, TUV America, awarded Truescreen® the original ISO certification of our processes, and conducts periodic assessments and audits to ensure established standards are being implemented in conformity with standards requirements.

Verizon Cybertrust Security Enterprise Certification

The security of Truescreen’s information technology solutions and systems is certified by Verizon Cybertrust Security, a leading provider of intelligent risk management products and services.

Verizon Cybertrust Security Enterprise Certification validates that we use time-tested security processes and technologies to maintain a proactive, comprehensive and continuous information security risk management program. The certification ensures our systems’ integrity in the areas of electronic threats and vulnerabilities, malicious code, privacy, human factors, physical environment and downtime. It also confirms our use of widely recognized and accepted measures to secure our environment.

To achieve certification, we implemented a comprehensive set of Verizon Cybertrust Security-defined security controls, procedures and policies that are examined, measured and validated by Verizon. Regular reviews, assessments and inspections by Verizon Cybertrust Security ensure that recommended controls and safeguards are kept current to address changing security needs.

HR-XML Consortium Certification

Truescreen’s technology solutions have been awarded HR-XML Certification by the HR-XML Consortium, an independent, non-profit, and vendor-neutral organization. This certification confirms our software and services use the data exchange standards developed by the Consortium, and signals our technology leadership and readiness to integrate flexibly and opportunistically with customers and partners.

Seeking out HR-XML Certified vendors allows employers to reduce the amount of expensive customization required to make implementations of HR solutions productive. XML-based standards also enable integration of data across systems in real time.

Safe Harbor Certification
Truescreen® is certified under the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Safe Harbor Program. The designation certifies that Truescreen® conducts business in compliance with European privacy laws. Through the certification, Truescreen® demonstrates its commitment to upholding the highest privacy standard and adhering to the seven Safe Harbor principles: notice, choice, onward transfer, access, security, data integrity and enforcement.

SAS 70                                                                                     Truescreen® successfully completed a SAS 70 audit of its IT processing and control environment. The audit, conducted by an independent third-party accounting firm, examined Truescreen's control objectives in the areas of data center physical security, environmental controls, data backup, network security, logical access and systems development.  The audit also examined key aspects of Truescreen’s control environment including organizational structure, integrity and ethical values, personnel policies and procedures, risk assessment and monitoring. The auditors determined that Truescreen's controls are suitably designed to achieve our control objectives.

EI3PA
Truescreen® is compliant with Experian’s Independent 3rd Party Assessment (EI3PA). This annual information security assessment is required by Experian, one of the three major U.S. credit bureaus. To achieve compliance, Truescreen's information security systems and procedures were evaluated by an independent assessor, according to strict Experian guidelines. The EI3PA designation allows Truescreen® to continue offering a full suite of Experian credit report and consumer data products to its clients.
