Reminder: Employers must begin using new Form I-9 by Sept. 18
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released the new form, dated 07/17/17, in July.
Employers can continue to use Form I-9 with a revision date of 11/14/16 N through Sept. 17, 2017. However, employers must begin using the revised form with a revision date of 07/17/17 N no later than Sept. 18, 2017.
